Luxembourg, 29.08.2016

The 4th CCA Pharma & Biosciences Conference hosted by the Cool Chain Association

19–20 September 2016 at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai

Recognising the growing need for temperature controlled transport, Wallenborn became the first Road Transport Service Provider in Luxembourg to be GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certified, back in 2013. The importance of creating a successful end-to-end cold chain remains critical today, and exploring key topics such as the importance of governance through SOP, assessing the capabilities of 3PL and other LSP’s, as well as distribution risk assessments are all topics that will be addressed at this conference.

On day 2 of the event, between 11:35 - 12:20, Wallenborn's Commercial Director, Jason Breakwell will participate in the Round Table Discussion: "collaborations with external partners to improve airfreight of pharma products, how can this be achieved".

Air Cargo Handling Conference

20th – 22nd September 2016 at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai

After the 2015 success of the Air Cargo Handling Conference's asian debut in Bangkok, the 8th outing for this industry-leading event will, for the first time, see over 300 delegates assemble in the middle eastern regional hub of Dubai, from 20th – 22nd September 2016. The conference will include working groups, one to one meetings, focused presentations and lively panel discussions featuring the leading lights of the industry. Networking opportunities are plentiful, with the highlight being the networking dinner and show to be held on the evening of the 21st September.

As Europe’s largest air-cargo road feeder services (RFS) operator, and with multiple offices in the U.A.E., Wallenborn looks forward to participating in this leading event. Security and risk management, smart airport communities in support of global trade and exchange of information, innovation in the air cargo industry through disruptive technology, are all topics which will be addresses at the conference.

On day 2 of the event, between 10:10 - 11:30, Wallenborn's Commercial Director, Jason Breakwell will participate in "The Magnificent 7: The Air Cargo Process". Diverse members of the air cargo community will be interviewed to provide topical and informative dialogue with the audience. The panel will be moderated by Chris Notter, Vice President, Operations, Saudia Cargo.
